Shipping and Returns
Inner Focus Healing Energy is a USA-based company with warehouses in the USA, UK, AU, FR and China. All orders outside of the USA are charged a shipping fee regardless of warehouse location. Your item will ship from the closest location with inventory to fulfill your order.
Some of the 7 piece singing bowl sets may ship within your country. If you'd like to know which sets are available at the time of your order to avoid extra charges, please email info@innerfocusenergyhealing@gmail.com.
Our shipping prices for international orders DO NOT include any duty or customs/brokerage fees that the recipient country or the shipping carrier may charge. The customer is 100% responsible for ALL additional fees including foreign transaction fees. We regretfully cannot estimate duties as they seem to constantly be changing. US addresses do not incur duties. Shipping times for international orders cannot be guaranteed and we cannot provide expedited shipping for most items. Our shipping times are listed in the product listing, so please be sure to check those prior to placing your order.
Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. Tracking is generally not given until your item passes customs in your country because many times the tracking number changes once it arrives. This means that you may not receive tracking on your item for 1-2 weeks, even though it has shipped.
If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it. We do ask that you send us clear photos of the box, the packaging slip, and the item damage so that we can make a claim to our shipping carrier.
Incorrect Addresses or Unpaid Customs
Inner Focus cannot be held responsible for deliveries to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers.
Should an address be incorrect and the delivery is made, the customer assumes responsibility for the entire purchase even if they are unable to retrieve the package.
If the address is incorrect or the delivery is refused or unable to be completed for any reason, including unpaid customs charges, then the order may be returned to Inner Focus for reshipment. The customer will bear the cost for re-delivery and shipping charges.
To avoid these costs, we recommend you double check your address details to ensure that all information provided is correct and in full prior to ordering. If the shipping service contacts you, please respond in a timely manner. They do not hold on to packages indefinitely.
UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT EXPEDITE ORDERS, EVEN IF SHIPPING OPTIONS LOOK LIKE THEY ALLOW FOR IT.
Australian purchases: On rare occasions, Australian orders have been delayed due to the length of time held in customs even if expedited shipping is selected. We do our best to keep up with tracking and get information to you as soon as possible. Shipping is through a third party provider and we have been told that it may take 12-14 days to get an answer on a lost or delayed packages. Many times they do not consider a package lost until 40 days have past. These regulations are not under our control and we want to get your item to you as fast as possible as well.
